1つ実験をしてみましょう。後ろ足のひざの後ろをしっかり伸ばして歩いてみてください。それを10分続けながら、ネガティブなことを考え続けることができますか?

 ひざの後ろを伸ばすと、自然と背筋が伸びます。背筋が伸びると肩が少し後ろに引かれる感じになり、自然とあごと顔の向きが上がります。顔の向きが上がると当然のことながら 目線が上がりますが、目線を上げると、人間の脳の構造上、内面会話が確実に減るのです。

 これは「ストレスゼロ姿勢」のひとつです。実際、この姿勢は、多くの人にとってストレスを感じることが難しくなります。

 この姿勢のヒントをわたしはミラノのファッション業界のトップから教わりました。彼いわく、「町を歩いている多くの人の中で日本人はすぐ分かる。なぜなら日本人は歩くときに ひざの後ろが伸びていないんだ」そうです。
